Job summary

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficient with MS Office applications and data visualization concepts.
  • Familiar with AI tools and basic programming concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Cross-train through departments to learn hands-on skills in industrial/engineering tech.
  • Complete and analyze time and motion studies.
  • Document and report changes.
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve and sustain processes.
  • Create/update process flow layouts and participate in process-improvement projects.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities through process, quality, and safety projects.

What You'll Do
  • Cross-train through the department to learn hands-on skills related to industrial/engineering technologies
  • Complete & Analyze time and motion studies
  • Document and report/suggest changes
  • Work with leadership on ways to improve & sustain processes
  • Create/Review/Update existing process flow layoutsWork closely with other on the CMC Team work on process improvement initiatives & projects
  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend cost saving opportunities by identifying process, quality and safety related improvement projects
What You'll Need
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
  • Experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot
  • Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, Power BI, or data visualization tools
  • Familiarity with automation platforms such as Power Automate
  • Understanding of machine learning or natural language processing concepts
  • Experience managing projects or conducting research
Your Education
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Business, or a related field
