Job summary

NC State University is seeking an AI Intern to join The Studios, co-leading AI workshops and events for students, faculty, and emerging developers.

You will help new learners use AI-assisted tools to prototype applications, partner with campus groups, and lay the groundwork for future programs while developing AI hardware access models to support events and instruction. Approximately 15 hours per week; bachelor's degree and graduate enrollment required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and currently enrolled in a graduate program at NC State.

Responsibilities

• Develop and co-lead AI workshops and events for students, faculty, and other emerging developers.
• Help new “vibe coders” use AI-assisted tools to prototype applications while adopting industry best practices.
• Coordinate workshops and events with campus partners, connect communities exploring AI development, and help lay the foundation for future programs.
• Develop AI hardware access models that support events, workshops, instruction, and walk-up development for students and staff.

Education

Bachelor's degree and currently enrolled in a graduate program at NC State.
