At Outmarket, we’re building the AI-powered operating system for the commercial insurance industry. Our platform helps brokers, MGAs, and carriers turn unstructured data into insights and automate critical workflows like policy reviews, quote comparisons, and proposal generation.
We’re looking for AI Interns who want to apply their machine learning and NLP skills in the real world—solving messy, high-impact problems with a team that’s shipped at scale.

What You’ll Work On

Support real-time AI features in our policy review, quoting, and document workflows

Work closely with engineers and product managers to integrate your work into the live platform

Analyze results, measure model performance, and iterate based on real customer feedback

Who You Are

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field

Solid foundation in Python and libraries like Hugging Face, LangChain, or PyTorch

Understanding of LLMs, embeddings, NLP pipelines, or machine learning fundamentals

Fast learner, proactive builder, and curious about applying AI to real-world challenges

Bonus if you’ve worked on insurance, legal, or unstructured document datasets
