IllTip is seeking an engineer to bridge AI research and production software in a healthtech context. You will help transform prototypes into reliable features and build the evaluation and monitoring systems that demonstrate real-world performance.

The role sits between research, backend engineering and product, ideal for someone who makes ambiguous ideas usable and measurable. You will deploy cloud infrastructure, collaborate with researchers, and shape product-driven AI solutions.

Qualifikationen

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a software, infrastructure or product engineer building and deploying production systems.
• Strong Python skills and hands-on experience deploying software to the cloud.
• Experience building evaluation pipelines, benchmarks or assessment systems for machine learning or AI systems.
• Experience with APIs, databases, backend services, deployment pipelines and monitoring or performance dashboards.
• Ability to take experimental code and turn it into maintainable products.
• Must be located in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.
