Job summary

NeuralRack AI seeks a skilled Network & Hardware Administrator in the Tampa area to build, scale and maintain our AI infrastructure, ensuring maximum uptime for customer workloads. This contract-to-hire role splits time between onsite hardware work and remote system administration with up to 40% remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of direct hands-on experience in network administration, IT support, or data center operations.
• Degree/certifications such as Network+, A+, CCNA are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Network Operations: design, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting and hardware deployment across data centers.
• Systems Administration: remote Linux admin, OS install, imaging, benchmarking, hardware troubleshooting.
• Hands-on Hardware Management: server/workstation installations, upgrades, cabling, diagnostics, repairs.
• Monitoring & Reliability: build and maintain monitoring for network, servers, power and alerts.
• Business Continuity: incident response, disaster recovery, data backups.
• Infrastructure Security: firewall management, VPN, access controls, patching.
