Job summary

Cirrascale Cloud Services is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead all logistics operations for our AI cloud infrastructure and data centers. You will oversee inbound/outbound movements, international shipments, and high‑value asset handling, ensuring compliance and security across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of logistics, transportation, or supply chain management experience.
• 3+ years managing logistics operations within a data center, technology, manufacturing, or mission-critical environment.
• Experience managing both domestic and international shipments, including customs documentation and broker coordination.
• Experience with high-value equipment transportation.
• Experience managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers and freight carriers.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Experience with ERP and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Proven leadership and team management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead inbound, outbound, and inter-site logistics operations across multiple data center locations.
• Develop logistics strategies that support AI infrastructure growth and deployments.
• Ensure on-time delivery of mission-critical equipment while minimizing transportation costs.
• Oversee domestic and international shipments, including imports, exports, customs documentation, and freight coordination.
• Coordinate expedited, oversized, and high-priority shipments for customer deployments.
• Establish logistics standards, KPIs, and service level agreements (SLAs).
