Palantir is seeking a Software Engineer Intern for its Sovereign AI Infrastructure team in the United States. You will own a project, receive hands-on mentorship from experienced engineers, and work on systems that make AI agents useful, reliable, and governable in high-stakes environments.

Responsibilities include building production software, contributing to agentic workflows, and designing services and tools to improve AI operations.

Competenze

• Pursuing BS/MS in CS, math, software engineering, physics or related field.
• Interest in AI systems and agentic applications.
• Experience coding in Java, Python, C++, Go, Rust or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with data structures, algorithms, systems programming, backend services, cloud infra, or distributed systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Available to work full-time for the duration of the internship.

Mansioni

• Build production software that improves Palantir's AI deployment, operation, evaluation, or monitoring in customer environments.
• Contribute to infrastructure for agentic workflows including tool use, context assembly, permissions, and safety.
• Design and implement services, APIs, test harnesses, evaluation pipelines, or developer tools for AI systems.
• Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and customer-facing teams to solve real operational problems.
• Debug issues across services, deployment systems, logs, configurations, and behavior.
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews with high quality standards.
• Communicate design decisions, tradeoffs, and results clearly to teammates.
