• Experience owning high-throughput, reliable production systems.
• Solid distributed systems fundamentals.
• Product sense: building delightful products and user experiences.
• Interest in compute and inference economics.
• Eagerness to work with agents and debate design decisions.
• Strong interpersonal and technical communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate billing for Sail's offerings across self-serve, enterprise, and partners.
• Develop pricing models and billing features like Supercache.
• Build observability for spend and revenue, linking cost to compute and enabling customer cost monitoring.
• Build and maintain identity, permissioning, authentication, and abuse prevention.
