Job summary

NVIDIA in Wisconsin is seeking a senior AI infrastructure engineer to architect and scale high-performance AI infrastructure both on‑prem and cloud, supporting sales and customers with NVIDIA GPU solutions.

You will manage relationships with customers, lead product lifecycle, provide on-site support for DL inference, and train teams. Travel ~25-30%. Base salaries for Level 3: $152,000–$241,500; Level 4: $184,000–$287,500; equity included.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or CS (or equivalent).
• 5+ years in high-tech IT with NCP, CSP, site reliability & virtualization (VMware, Linux KVM).
• 5+ years of Kubernetes, Slurm, Docker experience.
• Proficiency with AI tools (Claud, Codex, Perplexity), Redfish, Grafana, Prometheus.
• Strong time management and prioritization.
• Excellent written and spoken English; able to collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Help architect and scale high-performance, distributed AI infrastructure on‑prem or in the cloud.
• Be a technical specialist on NVIDIA products, supporting sales to secure builds.
• Establish and cultivate technical relationships with engineers, management, and architects at key accounts.
• Provide on-site support to solve hardware and software problems, focusing on DL inference.
• Lead the product through its lifecycle from design-in to end-of-life with execution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain NVIDIA infrastructure components at the customer site.
• Offer technical and sales training to direct sales teams and channel partners.
• Travel approximately 25-30%.
