Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant technical discipline.
• Experience with LLM training infra and/or inference infra and/or AI agents infra.
• Commit to continuous learning and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop technologies to optimize AI Infra stack including training, inference, and AI agents.
• Collaborate with academia and open source communities on joint development.
• Review latest research from academia/industry and perform in-depth analysis.
• Present research and products in academic papers.
