Job summary

Cerebras Systems is seeking a Hardware Technical Analyst to produce original research and translate complex technical developments into credible content for developers and industry audiences.

In this hands-on, IC-driven role, you’ll test claims with reproducible demos and benchmarks, collaborate with Engineering and New Media, and help shape narratives that advance AI hardware understanding across the ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio of externally published technical writing, research, or other substantive content.
• Deep expertise in AI hardware or software, including architectural and system tradeoffs affecting performance.
• Demonstrated experience building demos or running benchmarks, with clear contribution and methodology.

Responsibilities

• Original research: analyze AI hardware, software, and trends and develop evidence-backed viewpoints.
• Technical writing: produce articles explaining how systems work, what's new, and why it matters.
• Demos and benchmarks: build demos, run reproducible benchmarks, document methodology and limitations.
• Evidence and analysis: synthesize technical and financial information into clear insights.
• Technical collaboration: work with teams to validate conclusions and incorporate feedback.
• Industry engagement: represent Cerebras at conferences and turn findings into useful content.
• Research workflows: use AI tools to accelerate research, coding, and writing, with verification.
