Job summary

Metropolis is seeking a Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Analyst to mature information security policies, drive employee security awareness, and pioneer our AI governance framework. You will partner across Technology, Legal, Internal Audit, Procurement, and People Operations to safeguard customer trust and support operational excellence.

The anticipated base salary ranges from $100,000.00 USD to $135,000.00 USD annually, with a base plus benefits package including healthcare, a 401(k)

Qualifications

3+ years in information security GRC, cybersecurity training, or technology compliance.
Experience with security awareness programs and cross-functional accountability.
Familiarity with training platforms and AI security concepts.

Responsibilities

Author, update, and enforce security policies across departments.
Deploy and manage security training campaigns as platform owner.
Create interactive policy modules with quizzes for sign-offs.
Set up internal AI governance with Data, Legal, and Tech teams.
Conduct risk assessments on new tools and AI models to maintain guardrails.
Report training metrics, policy exceptions, and risk postures to senior management.
Review vendor security profiles and software pipelines to mitigate risk.
