  • Excellent legal writing and analytical skills; polished work product.
  • Strong judgment, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Genuine interest in AI and emerging technology; initial AI exposure is a plus.
  • Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on AI governance, regulatory compliance, and risk, including AI transparency and regimes.
  • Monitor AI law developments and translate them into practical guidance.
  • Support AI-related corporate and technology transactions, including due diligence and negotiating agreements.
  • Develop subject matter expertise and serve as a resource to deal teams.
  • Conduct legal research and draft briefs, motions, and memoranda.
  • Support discovery and case strategy across litigation and regulatory investigations.
  • Build and maintain client relationships and collaborate across teams.
