Qualifications

The Opportunity As part of the AI Governance team within the Digital Assurance & Technology team, you will enhance project delivery through innovative methodologies and technology resources. As a Manager, you will lead teams in assessing governance, risk, and control programs while mentoring junior staff to develop their skills. This position provides an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of AI governance, maintaining compliance and transparency in emerging technologies. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics/Statistics, Project/Technology Management
• Applying experience in AI/ML governance, risk, controls, audit, testing, and validation, including awareness of AI lifecycles and leading risk frameworks such as NIST and ISO
• Supporting the design and assessment of AI governance models, policies, standards, and control programs, while translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrating proficiency in risk governance methodologies
• Excelling in strategic planning and execution for client projects
• Leveraging technology and innovation to enhance project delivery
• Mentoring and developing junior staff to achieve project goals
• Analyzing complex systems to identify opportunities for improvement
• Navigating ambiguity while maintaining integrity and authenticity in leadership

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $252,450. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $297,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
