Based in Houston with a hybrid work arrangement, you will collaborate with the AI Governance & Adoption team to operationalize the AI Management System and help advance responsible AI at scale across the organization.

About the Role

Oceaneering is seeking an AI Governance Intern to support the governance, delivery, operation, and adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) across the enterprise. This internship provides exposure to AI governance frameworks, AI risk management, responsible AI, Microsoft Copilot, AI system reviews, AI adoption, and emerging AI technologies. The intern will work alongside the AI Governance team to help operationalize Oceaneering's AI Management System and support responsible AI at scale.
