Position Summary:

This role is accountable for shaping and executing the organization’s data and AI strategy to deliver intelligent, scalable, and future-ready solutions. It will lead the creation of strong data foundations through Master Data Management and Data Governance, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance across the enterprise. The position will also design and optimize modern data architectures on hyperscaler platforms, enabling advanced analytics and AI-driven capabilities that unlock actionable insights and accelerate innovation. Ultimately, this role ensures that data and AI initiatives translate into measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities where AI and machine learning can be applied to streamline processes, automate tasks, and enhance decision-making
  • Design end-to-end AI architectures that align with business objectives, considering data integration, model selection, and system scalability
  • Lead discussions on AI solution design, providing technical leadership and insights to drive decision-making
  • Lead the evaluation and selection of AI technologies, frameworks, and tools to support solution development
  • Experience with business process analysis, process automation, and operational efficiency improvement is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, researching and evaluating emerging technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge and competitive.
  • Document architectural decisions, technical documentation that aids in solution understanding
  • Define and execute the enterprise data and AI strategy to enable intelligent, scalable, and future-ready solutions for our engagements
  • Establish robust data foundations through Master Data Management and Data Governance, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance across the organization
  • Design and optimize modern data architectures on hyperscaler platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) to support advanced analytics and AI-driven capabilities
  • Drive AI adoption and innovation, leveraging data to unlock actionable insights and accelerate transformation
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders across functional areas to ensure data capabilities deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Integrate automation as an enabler, complementing data and AI initiatives to enhance agility and efficiency
  • Champion best practices and standards for data quality, governance, and architecture to support enterprise-wide scalability
  • Enable and maximize billability

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to optimize and transform various aspects of our business operations.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and architecting AI solutions, with a strong focus on end-to-end automation
  • Proven experience in solution architecture for Data and AI platforms, including hyperscaler environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience influencing senior leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Solid understanding of enterprise processes and functional domains to ensure data strategies support business objectives (Finance and Supply Chain expertise is complementary but not primary for this role)
  • Excellent communication and client engagement skills
  • Expertise in Agentic AI, Generative AI, and advanced analytics
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $79,200- $222,575. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction. These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
