Job summary

EY is seeking a hands-on AFE Cell Lead to own end-to-end delivery of AI-native systems for a single client engagement in highly regulated industries. The role embeds with the client, leads the cell, and shapes technical direction while balancing tradeoffs and stakeholder trust.

With 8+ years delivering complex enterprise systems, you’ll lead a small technical team, design critical components, and ensure safe, production-grade outcomes in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years delivering complex enterprise systems in regulated contexts.
• Experience deploying AI-enabled applications in client environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end outcome delivery for the cell, including scoping, tradeoffs, technical direction, and production readiness.
• Embed directly with the client to translate real business needs into executable technical solutions.
• Serve as the primary technical interface to client stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Stay hands-on designing and building critical parts of the solution when needed.
• Deploy, adapt, and stabilize solutions in the client environment with production readiness.
• Direct the work of the cell's Implementation and Data Engineers for coherent outcomes.
• Ensure deployments meet safety, integrity, and cost constraints for regulated environments.
