Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on Databricks and modern data/AI platform experience.
• 2+ years of LLM application engineering, including prompt engineering and retrieval.
• 2+ years of Python development delivering user-facing apps in web/Databricks/M365 environments.
• Experience building against Salesforce as a primary commercial system of record.
• Strong understanding of commercial operations: sales funnels, demand ops, pipeline, proposals and bids.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver AI-powered commercial solutions for demand operations, prospecting, proposals and bid development.
• Develop and enhance an assisted proposal and bid drafting capability with governed content and sponsor context.
• Integrate AI apps with Salesforce and other systems to leverage opportunity, accounts, pipeline, and marketing data.
• Create retrieval and knowledge solutions across proposal, contract, and bid content to aid decision making.
• Collaborate with DemandOps to improve intake, account segmentation, pipeline visibility, and win-rate insights.
• Support prospecting initiatives through next-best-action recommendations and AI-assisted outreach content.
• Work with end users to refine products, gather feedback, drive adoption, and measure impact.
• Monitor performance, usage metrics, and continuously improve AI capabilities and user experience.

In this role, you'll design, build, and scale AI-powered solutions that support demand operations, prospecting, pipeline management, proposals, and bids. What You’ll Do

• Build and deliver AI-powered commercial solutions that support demand operations, prospecting, proposals, and bid development.
• Develop and enhance an assisted proposal and bid drafting capability using governed content and sponsor-specific context.
• Integrate AI applications with Salesforce and other commercial systems to leverage opportunity, account, pipeline, and marketing data.
• Create retrieval and knowledge solutions across proposal, contract, and bid content to improve commercial decision-making.
• Partner with DemandOps teams to improve intake processes, account segmentation, pipeline visibility, and win-rate insights.

• Collaborate directly with end users to refine products, gather feedback, drive adoption, and measure business impact.
• Monitor solution performance, track usage metrics, and continuously improve AI capabilities and user experiences.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, skills, and relevant experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Databricks and modern data and AI platforms.
• 2+ years of LLM application engineering experience, including prompt engineering, context engineering, retrieval, structured outputs, and evaluation.
• 2+ years of experience using Python, with the ability to deliver user-facing applications through web, Databricks, or Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience building against Salesforce as a primary commercial system of record, including opportunities, accounts, pipeline, reporting, and related integrations.
• Strong understanding of commercial operations, including sales funnels, demand operations, prospecting, pipeline management, proposals, and bids.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Copilot, MLflow, Databricks Vector Search, Databricks Genie, Genie Code, or GenieOne preferred.
• Proficiency in English, with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with commercial and technical stakeholders.

The salary range for this position is annually (For hourly paid positions, the stated salary range reflects hourly rates):

United States of America - $121,500.00 - $240,500.00

The salary range provided is intended to give candidates an understanding of potential earnings. Compensation will fall within the provided range, and it not a guarantee of exact salary. The final salary will be determined based on relevant experience, performance, education, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, we offer a competitive benefits package depending on location. We ensure pay equity and transparency and comply with all applicable labor laws.
