Job summary

Freshworks is seeking a Technical Product Marketing Manager to bring the next generation of AI-powered IT service management to market from our Downtown Boston office. You will own the technical narrative for AI across Freshservice, craft architecture explainers and in-depth content, and enable the technical field to win technical evaluations.

You will work closely with Product Management and Engineering, translating technical decisions into customer value while contributing to external thought

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product marketing, technical marketing, solutions engineering, or another technical customer-facing role in B2B SaaS.
• Fluency in AI systems: agent frameworks, MCP, retrieval and grounding, evaluation and quality measurement.
• Hands-on in product and demo environments; configure workflows and prompts.
• A bias toward investigating; published writing or side projects help.
• Clear writing for technical readers; credibility with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical narrative for AI across Freshservice — how agents work and are grounded in context.
• Author architecture explainers, deep-dive blogs, whitepapers, model and evaluation narratives, and integration guides.
• Enable the technical field with material for Solution Engineers, Solution Architects, and Customer Success.
• Support customer conversations when technical depth is decisive (evaluations, advisory boards, analyst briefings).
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to translate technical decisions into customer value and feed back to the roadmap.
• Represent Freshworks externally at webinars, industry events, and in bylined technical writing.
• Track AI landscape and its impact on ITSM use cases.
