Job summary

EY is seeking a CT BMC Strategic Programs Lead to drive communications, engagement and marketing for critical technology transformation and risk initiatives within the Growth and Innovation pillar. This senior role focuses on security, resilience and trust-building with expansion to other priorities; you will advise CT and G&I leadership, shape messaging and lead strategic programs across global teams.

Qualifications

Executive presence and strategic influence with senior leaders.
Experience leading enterprise communications and marketing strategies.
Understanding of technology, AI, and risk topics with clear communication.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic program communications for CT’s priority initiatives.
Advise CT and G&I leadership on executive communications and change programs.
Develop messaging frameworks aligning with CT and EY priorities.
Oversee issue, incident and special-project communications for high-visibility programs.
Establish measures showing business impact and optimize programs using insights.
Collaborate across geographies and stakeholder groups to drive outcomes.
