Job summary

ThoughtSpot in Chicago, IL, is seeking a Senior Social Media Marketing Manager to design and lead our global organic social strategy across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Reddit, and Instagram. You will partner with executives to craft social narratives that reinforce ThoughtSpot's product-first storytelling and AI-forward branding.

You'll own analytics, program management, and collaboration with product marketing, campaigns, and creative teams to drive growth and industry influence.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead role at a B2B technology company.
• Deep platform expertise across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Reddit, and Instagram, with a strong understanding of how organic and paid efforts complement each other.
• Experience developing executive social presences and advising senior leaders, with comfort operating in high-visibility, fast-moving environments.
• An innovative, AI-first mindset, with demonstrated experience using modern AI tools to enhance content generation, asset optimization, and social listening.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with a track record of partnering with product marketing, webinar, event, field, communications, and demand generation teams
• Excellent written communication skills, with a sharp eye for design and video production elements matching a premium enterprise software brand voice

Responsibilities

• Develop and own ThoughtSpot's global organic social media strategy across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Reddit, and Instagram.
• Serve as strategic social advisor to ThoughtSpot's executive team, including the CEO and C-suite.
• Track and analyze cross-platform social media metrics to measure success and inform future campaign strategies.
• Own the budget for social tools including Sprout Social and Sprout Employee Advocacy, and creator partnerships.
