Job summary

Spade, a fintech leader backed by top investors, is seeking a Product Manager for the Agent Platform in New York, NY. This full-time role challenges you to own the platform unifying agent-powered products and dashboards, reporting to leadership, with close collaboration across data and engineering.

You will drive product strategy for Agent, Console, and enrichment tools, emphasizing AI-enabled features, API-first development, and strong customer feedback loops to shape the roadmap and accelerate

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Product Manager
Proven track record launching B2B software products end-to-end, from ideation through delivery and iteration
Experience building AI- or LLM-powered products
Expertise leveraging AI to accelerate product development cycles
Strong technical fluency: partner with engineers, understand API-first products, and make informed trade-offs
Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Based in NYC with ability to work from Flatiron office at least 2 days/week

Responsibilities

Lead the Agent, Console, and enrichment tool product verticals with engineering and data science teams to deliver high-quality products on time
Build out new agent-related capabilities across an expanding product suite
Engage directly with customers through sales and conversations to shape the roadmap
Partner with engineering to define the platform's UX/UI
Own end-to-end roadmap execution from priority-setting through delivery
Collaborate with product marketing to coordinate launches and ongoing campaigns
