Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; willing to travel and relocate.
• Demonstrated experience designing frictionless end-to-end customer journeys powered by dynamic pricing, predictive value realization, or complex MarTech stacks.

Responsibilities

• Work on a real project in real time with high impact for the business.
• Assess the value propositions of brands like Straight Talk Wireless, Total Wireless, and Visible.
• Analyze customer experience metrics, retention trends, and competitive data to uncover insights for revenue growth and churn reduction.
• Evaluate end-to-end customer journeys for value brand portfolios to identify friction points and optimization opportunities.
