8+ years of full-stack software engineering with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and grow a team of full-stack software engineers, including hiring and performance feedback, while remaining a technical contributor.
Set technical direction for front-end, back-end, APIs, and microservices; stay hands-on in design reviews and coding.
Partner with marketing, product, IT, security, and support to align engineering with business priorities.
Own roadmap, backlog refinement, and release planning for the remote services portfolio.
Establish and uphold standards for testing, CI/CD, observability, and production readiness.
Drive incident response and root-cause resolution across the stack.
Lead AI-first engineering practice and evaluate AI tools and workflows with the team.
