IBM’s AI-First Transformation Internship program invites high-potential students to help shape IBM’s enterprise-wide transformation agenda through data and AI. You will work with transformation leaders, product strategists, and AI experts across IBM.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required
Master's Degree preferred
Experience in strategy, transformation, or operations is a plus
Exposure to AI, analytics, or workflow modernization is advantageous

Responsibilities

Reimagine enterprise workflows with AI
Conduct deep workflow assessments across Finance, HR, Procurement, Operations, Sales
Apply zero-based design to AI-native workflows
Identify opportunities for automation, GenAI, agentic systems, and intelligent orchestration
Define future-state operating models and transformation playbooks
Advance AI Product Strategy & Experimentation
Evaluate prototypes, tools, and platforms being developed or tested across IBM
Lead or support experiments for feasibility, scalability, and integration
Prepare executive-caliber materials for leadership forums
Collaborate with Senior Stakeholders Across IBM
