You will pivot the current application landscape toward an AI-first delivery model, balancing deep technical mastery with executive presence to shape a future-state roadmap.

You will guide multistack modernization, ensure security and interoperability, and mentor senior engineers while aligning technology choices with business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering and enterprise-scale architecture.
• Proven track record leading large-scale technical transformations (e.g., Monolith to Microservices, On-prem to Cloud, AI integration).
• Deep understanding of modern architectures across ecosystems (AWS, distributed systems, API-first).
• Experience with AI/ML integration and scalable infrastructure for AI at scale.
• Location: Based in or willing to commute to New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute AI-first strategy and roadmap for enterprise transformation.
• Modernize legacy portfolios for scalability, security, and interoperability across stacks (ERP—SAP, AS400, Salesforce, Java/.NET).
• Own end-to-end architectural blueprints balancing delivery with tech debt reduction.
• Establish AI-first standards, ensuring data privacy and robust MLOps practices.
• Engage C-suite stakeholders, translating technical shifts into business value.
