Qualifications

• 8+ years of backend engineering experience with deep architectural ownership.
• Proven track record of building and scaling backend systems.
• Comfortable working in TypeScript (NestJS) and AWS-based infrastructure.
• Deep experience with LLMOps and AI application infrastructure.
• Experience leading high-performing engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a hands-on engineering leader with ~70% of time on IC-level contributions.
• Architect and maintain scalable backend infrastructure for rapid growth.
• Lead and mentor a growing team of engineers, fostering technical excellence.
• Drive the technical roadmap in partnership with the founding team.
• Design and implement core infrastructure supporting AI-native applications.
