Pacer Group is seeking an AI-first Application Engineer in Atlanta to lead AI-enabled software development across the full SDLC. The role focuses on requirements analysis, solution design, code generation, refactoring, testing, deployment, and production support.

The ideal candidate will leverage AI tools and agentic workflows to accelerate design, generate code, and ensure robust documentation and testing across Oracle SCM environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in AI-enabled software development.
• Experience with SDLC and AI tools.
• Knowledge of Oracle SCM environments.

Responsibilities

• Apply AI tools throughout the SDLC, from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing support.
• Use AI to accelerate requirements analysis, solution design, and technical documentation.
• Generate, review, refactor, and optimize code using AI-assisted development tools.
• Develop AI-driven testing strategies, automated test cases, and regression testing workflows.
• Integrate AI into DevOps, code reviews, deployment processes, and operational troubleshooting.
