Synthires is seeking experienced Financial Managers and finance leaders to contribute to AI research and evaluation projects. You will evaluate AI-generated financial plans for accuracy, soundness, and regulatory compliance, applying practical financial judgment to real-world scenarios.

Role focuses on reviewing cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning outputs, identifying risks and providing structured feedback to improve AI financial content.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of professional experience in financial management roles such as Financial Manager, Finance Director or equivalent.
• Experience overseeing accounting, banking, credit, insurance, securities, or financial planning activities at a branch/department.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash flow management and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to evaluate financial information objectively and provide well-reasoned professional judgments.
• Ability to commit 20+ hours per week.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate AI-generated financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and financial deliverables for accuracy and practicality.
• Compare AI-generated outputs and assess financial soundness, regulatory considerations, analytical rigor, and business judgment.
• Review cash flow, budgeting, pricing decisions, financial reporting and planning scenarios.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, missing assumptions, and risks in AI outputs.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve quality and reliability of AI-generated finance content.
• Apply professional financial judgment to realistic management and decision-making scenarios.
