Job summary

EY is seeking an AI Finance Manager to support the Finance Applications Data Lead. You will drive data management strategy for finance applications, leveraging expertise in planning, reporting, close/consolidation, and advanced data governance.

Your work will enable informed decision-making across finance personas and help shape our FDL Blueprint through scalable data models. You will collaborate with Data Lead, Product Owner, and data scientists to apply ML and Gen AI in finance, ensure data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years in FP&A with planning, budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Experience with Enterprise Performance Management platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of system architecture solutions with technical teams.
• Tailor technology platforms to business processes for maximum ROI.
• Manage complex processes and projects with focus on quality and risk management.
• Develop and implement the FDL Blueprint offering for scalable data models.
• Collaborate with data scientists across service lines to apply ML/Gen AI techniques to finance applications.
