Job summary

EY is seeking an AI Finance Manager to drive data management for finance applications, including planning, reporting and close/consolidation. You will apply FP&A expertise and enterprise data governance to create scalable data models and an industry-wide FDL blueprint leveraging Gen AI and Azure technologies.

You will lead engagements with finance, IT and data science teams, shaping architecture, governance and data quality. Travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of five years of progressive FP&A experience with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and reporting.
• Strong proficiency with Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platforms (Oracle Hyperion, OneStream, Tagetik).
• Knowledge of finance data architecture, data governance and master data management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of finance data architecture solutions for EY AI Finance offerings.
• Collaborate with finance IT and data science teams to leverage ML, Gen AI, and Azure data technologies.
• Manage client engagements, build trust, and ensure high-quality delivery within time and budget.
• Develop and maintain the FDL Blueprint, data dictionaries, ER diagrams and data lineage maps.
