Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of a remote setup. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and compare AI-generated images and videos to determine which follows prompts more accurately.

You will also write concise explanations of observed issues in English. Ideal candidates are fluent in English with strong written communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• High attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images/videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming, replaying) to spot problems like distortion, flickering, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a specific explanation in English that points to what was seen or heard.
