Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models and score exchanges, compare generated images and videos for prompt adherence, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and comfortable with natural conversation.
• Strong attention to detail and the patience to look and listen closely.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Willing to think on your feet and talk through realistic situations.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos, judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Write a concise, evidence-based explanation in English detailing what you saw or heard.
