Axiologic Solutions LLC, based in Northern, VA, is seeking an AI Ethics SME to join our team delivering solutions to federal clients. The role emphasizes superb customer service and engagement, with a need to anticipate needs, think critically, and provide professional, effective solutions.

The position requires active TS with SCI eligibility, substantial IT/AI experience, and domain knowledge in ethics, policy, and responsible AI tabletop exercises.

Qualifications

• Active TS with SCI Eligibility.
• Minimum 8 years of related IT experience, 5 of which must be in artificial intelligence.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience Disciplinary expertise in cybersecurity, human factor, ethics and policy.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience designing and running Responsible Artificial Intelligence (RAI) Tabletop Exercises
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience conducting RAI Gaps analyses for the DoD and scoping Courses of Actions (COAs) nd projects to address DoD RAI capability and process needs.

The salary range is provided in good faith and is based on several job-related factors, including, but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, Federal Government contract labor category requirements, contract wage determinations when applicable, clearance requirements, work location, relevant experience, education, certifications, specialized skills, internal equity, and approved funding.

For proposal-contingent positions, the listed range is an anticipated good-faith range based on current proposal assumptions. Final compensation may vary based on contract award, finalized customer requirements, approved funding, labor category alignment, and candidate qualifications.
