Job summary

Edelman is seeking Assistant Account Executives (AAEs) to gain hands-on experience across communications and advisory disciplines, supporting brand marketing, corporate reputation, crisis, and public affairs. You will join enterprise technology-focused teams, helping to explain AI topics and infrastructure to diverse audiences.

You’ll develop skills in research, writing, stakeholder engagement, and media relations while collaborating with creative, analytics, digital, and strategy colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong writing, editing, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Client Service & Account Support: Deliver high-quality client service support by preparing reports, maintaining trackers, organizing logistics, and ensuring materials are ready for meetings and calls.
• Research, Media & Insights: Monitor and analyze media coverage and policy-related developments; build familiarity with client industries and policy environments.
• Content Development & Communications Support: Draft and edit press releases, reports, and briefings; support event coordination and digital channel understanding.
• Integrated Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, integrated work and understand clients’ objectives.
• Professional Growth: Participate in Edelman learning programs and build a reputation as a dependable team member.
