Qualifications

• Experience with cleanroom environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and handle chemicals safely in the work area.
• Respond to safety alarms promptly (EES, fire, MDA, ERT).
• Improve area/shift KPIs to reduce downtime and excursions.
• Promote TPM culture with metrics, health reports, and improvement projects.
• Collaborate with Equipment Owners and Shift Engineers to fix issues that affect yield.
• Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Use SPC to improve process controls and reduce defects.
• Apply DOE or 8D methods to identify equipment issues.
• Update procedures to align with best practices and training needs.
• Keep assessor checklists and documents up to date.
• Leverage AI tools to monitor equipment performance and predict maintenance.
• Use AI-assisted methods to speed up root cause identification and corrective actions.
• Utilize AI reporting/visualization for equipment health and performance.
