Job summary

Deloitte US – Consulting Services seeks a Consultant in AI & Engineering to lead end-to-end IT transformation projects for major clients, with a focus on innovation, resiliency, and operational excellence.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize DevOps toolchains (GitLab, Artifactory, SonarQube), manage project plans, and communicate with executives while traveling about 50%.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information sciences, technology, CS, or related field.
3+ years' consulting experience on large-scale tech transformation in the commercial sector.
2+ years IT project management, engineering transformation, and business analysis.
Experience moving from SDLC to AI SDLC using Claude, Claude Code, and Cowork.
PM risk mitigation, RAID, scheduling, cost control.
Stakeholder management bridging business and engineering teams.
Data center and application migration projects.
BI, reporting (Power BI), and analytics delivery.
Experience applying AI in current project environment.
Proficiency with Confluence, JIRA; reporting in consulting/FS/tech.
Travel ~50%; strong client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

Work on end-to-end IT transformation projects focusing on innovation and operational excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, onboard, and optimize DevOps toolchains (GitLab, Artifactory, SonarQube).
Develop project plans, facilitate client meetings, maintain documentation, and drive delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
Analyze business requirements, metrics, and risks; present recommendations to executive leadership.
Serve as a technology liaison between stakeholders and engineering to align with enterprise change controls.
