Job summary

Propio Language Services is seeking an ambitious AI Engineering Intern to join our team for a nine+ week program. You will gain hands-on experience in software development, DevOps, and QA, contributing to real-world AI projects under senior engineers.

You will collaborate across teams, write clean code, participate in reviews, and learn about Git, agile practices, and DevOps while exploring LangChain and PyTorch.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a CS or related degree with minimum 3.0 GPA
• Strong written and verbal communication and professionalism
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Interest in learning programming languages and frameworks (LangChain, PyTorch)
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Assist in design, development, testing, and deployment of production AI systems
• Collaborate with internal teams on real-world projects
• Write clean, maintainable code under guidance of senior engineers
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and sprint planning
• Identify bugs and performance issues through testing and troubleshooting
• Support development of internal tools or features as needed
• Contribute to documentation of technical processes and APIs
• Learn and apply best practices in version control (Git), agile development, and DevOps
• Stay up to date with emerging tech and languages
• Take ownership of a small project from concept to completion with mentorship
