Job summary

Entech is seeking a Senior Full Stack Python Developer (AI and AWS Bedrock) for a hybrid role in Malvern, PA. You will design and implement AI-powered backend services and scalable APIs, integrating RAG pipelines and LLMs into enterprise applications.

Ideal candidates have 5–8+ years of experience, strong Python and AWS skills, and experience with AI/LLM services, vector databases, and secure cloud-native architecture. This is a direct employment opportunity with Entech.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in software development preferably in a fintech/financial services context.
• Strong Python (full stack) and backend development experience.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, Step Functions, IAM, CloudWatch).
• Experience building and managing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Experience integrating AI/LLM services (Bedrock, Claude or similar).
• Understanding of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI orchestration patterns.
• Familiarity with LangGraph and vector databases for semantic search.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain AI-powered backend services for intelligent document processing and content generation.
• Build scalable APIs and microservices supporting document ingestion, transformation, and publishing workflow.
• Develop RAG pipelines and integrate LLMs into enterprise applications; build orchestration workflows using AWS (Lambda, Step Functions, S3, API Gateway, EventBridge).
• Design secure, scalable, and resilient cloud-native applications following AWS best practices.
• Develop data processing pipelines for structured/unstructured content, AI services, vector search, and enterprise data sources.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-enabled solutions; ensure performance and reliability of backend systems.

Job Description

Entech is hiring an Full Stack Python Developer (AI and AWS bedrock) for a financial services client. This is a hybrid role that involves working onsite in Malvern, Pennsylvania (3 days per weeks)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain AI-powered backend services for intelligent document processing and content generation
• Build scalable APIs and microservices supporting document ingestion, transformation, and publishing workflow
• Develop Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and integrate LLMs into enterprise applications. Build orchestration workflows using AWS services such as Lambda, Step Functions, S3, API gateway and Event Bridge
• Design secure, scalable, and resilient cloud-native applications following AWS best practice
• Develop data process pipelines for structured and unstructured content integration AI services, Vector Search and enterprise data sources to enable intelligent document automation. Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-enabled solutions
• Ensure performance, reliability, and scalability of backend systems

Qualification (5-8 minimum years required)

• Strong experience in Python (Full Stack)
• Hands on experience with AWS services (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, Step Functions, IAM, CloudWatch)
• Experience building and managing RESTful APIs and microservices
• Experience integrating AI/LLM Services (examples: Amazon Bedrock, Claude or similar)
• Understanding of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Prompt Engineering and AI orchestration pattern
• Experience with LangGraph
• Familiarity with vector databases, semantic search technologies.

Preferred *(Not required, but an extra plus if you have the experience)

• Experience working with Amazon Bedrock, LangChain, LlamaIndex or similar AI frameworks
• Exposure to automation frameworks or workflow orchestration tools
• Understanding of secure data handling and compliance considerations
