Job summary

Crowe is seeking an AI Engineer to help advance AI features from proof of concept to production. You will write robust, scalable code, refine user stories, and contribute to testing and quality assurance in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have strong Python skills, experience with Git, and the ability to work independently while communicating complex technical details to nontechnical stakeholders. Knowledge of AI tooling and risk considerations is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Write high-quality, production-ready code and assist in code reviews
• Develop and implement testing protocols, including smoke tests and unit tests
• Support debugging and triage processes to maintain solution integrity
• Advance AI features from PoC to production-ready deployment
• Refine user stories and acceptance criteria to align with business needs
• Ensure ethical reviews and risk considerations are addressed
