Qualifications

• Expertise in Python programming and experience with version control systems like Git.
• Strong ability to work independently and execute tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in navigating project ambiguities and iterative testing processes to refine AI solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively documenting and presenting technical details to nontechnical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Advance AI features from Proof of Concept to production readiness.
• Execute on the technical vision for AI solution development and scalable delivery.
• Refine user stories and define clear acceptance criteria.
• Write high-quality, production-ready code and participate in code reviews.
• Develop and implement comprehensive testing protocols, including smoke & unit tests.
• Support debugging and issue triage to maintain solution integrity.
• Participate in ethical reviews and risk/security evaluations for responsible AI deployment.
