Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 1+ year hands-on AI/ML or software development experience.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
• Knowledge of supervised/unsupervised learning, DL, model evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, evaluate, and maintain AI/ML models for program goals.
• Collaborate with systems and software engineers to define AI requirements.
• Prepare and validate datasets; document data sources and quality issues.
• Establish metrics and test models under edge cases and changing data.
• Integrate AI models into software and engineering systems; support testing.
• Optimize inference, memory, and compute for target platforms.
• Implement reproducible training workflows and version control.
• Analyze results, troubleshoot issues, and recommend fixes.
• Follow secure development and responsible AI practices; document limitations.
• Prepare technical docs and participate in reviews and milestones.
