Jobright.ai is seeking an AI Engineer (New Grad) to help design and evaluate AI-powered features for job search experiences. You will work on search, recommendations, embeddings, and model evaluation, collaborating with engineers, PMs, and data scientists.

The ideal candidate recently graduated in CS/AI, understands ML/NLP basics, and can work remotely. Familiarity with APIs, debugging, and data processing is a plus, with opportunities to prototype and shape consumer AI products.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or graduating soon in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field.
• Understanding of machine learning, NLP, or information retrieval fundamentals.
• Familiarity with APIs, Git, data processing, and debugging.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work remotely.
