Job summary

AB InBev Growth Group is seeking an experienced AI/ML engineer to design, develop and deploy multi-agent AI systems for reasoning, planning, and task execution. You will implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines and optimize model serving in cloud environments.

You will collaborate with ML and data engineers to integrate structured and unstructured sources, ensuring secure and robust behavior across distributed systems.

Qualifications

• Proven Python and systems programming experience.
• Experience with LLMs and agent orchestration.
• Strong knowledge of retrieval systems and vector stores.
• Familiarity with distributed systems and Kubernetes deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy multi-agent AI systems for reasoning, planning and task execution.
• Implement RAG pipelines using LangChain, LangGraph and Azure AI Foundry.
• Optimize model serving for low-latency, high-throughput inference.
• Build observability and evaluation frameworks to monitor agent performance.
