Job summary

DRW is seeking an AI Engineer to join a collaborative multi‑asset trading team. You will build critical AI infrastructure and tooling that accelerates experimentation and production deployment of ML models.

You will work with traders, researchers and data scientists to identify high‑impact AI opportunities and implement scalable pipelines, with robust monitoring and optimization for GPU/CPU resources.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in CS/ML/AI or related field.
• Strong foundation in ML concepts and algorithms.
• Proven ability to deploy, monitor, and update production ML models.
• Experience with MLOps/AIOps tooling and scalable pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end development of AI infrastructure and AI‑driven apps from PoC to production.
• Collaborate with technologists, traders, quant researchers, and data scientists to identify high‑impact AI opportunities.
• Implement automated training, validation, and monitoring of models to ensure reliability.
• Provide technical leadership in selecting and integrating AI/ML frameworks and tools.
• Create and maintain feature stores, pipelines, and model stores.
• Develop scalable research frameworks and optimize compute resource usage.
