Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is seeking an AI Engineer for a global insurance company to design, build, and scale AI-powered capabilities across its digital insurance platform. You will combine backend engineering with Generative AI to deliver production-ready AI systems and features.

You will work with machine learning and large language models, develop backend services that support AI workflows, and build systems to evaluate and monitor AI performance.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python, Java, or Kotlin and building high-performance systems.
• Experience with generative AI/LLM applications and AI-enabled products.
• Experience integrating ML/LLM models into production environments.
• 4+ years backend software engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot AI systems and data pipelines.

A global insurance company is hiring an AI Engineer to design, build, and scale AI-powered capabilities across its digital insurance platform. In this position, you’ll combine backend engineering with Generative AI to build reliable, production-ready AI systems and features.

You’ll work with machine learning and large language models, develop backend services that support AI workflows, and build systems to evaluate and monitor AI performance. You’ll also work closely with product and engineering teams to take AI features from development through production.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in Python, Java, or Kotlin
• Experience building high-performance systems
• Experience with generative AI/LLM applications
• Experience with AI powered products end to end
• Experience with AI evaluation frameworks

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience working in a SaaS environment or experience in the insurance industry
• B. Sc in Computer Science or equivalent degree
• 4+ years backend software engineering
• 4+ years of experience integrating ML or LLM models into production
