Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, and the Azure Agentic Framework.
• Ability to design multi-agent workflows and multi-agent communication (A2A) protocols.
• Experience in Enterprise Platform Engineering.
• Proficiency in Python.

Responsibilities

• Architect MCP servers and tool integrations exposing APIs to LLM agents for real-time context retrieval and action execution.
• Design multi-agent workflows and A2A communication protocols for collaborative autonomous ops.
• Develop and maintain agentic AI frameworks covering orchestration, memory, and dynamic routing at scale.
• Own the agentic platform tooling: reusable components, agent lifecycles, and governance across the stack.
• Apply expertise to design and develop MCP servers and tool integrations.

Responsibilities

• Architect MCP servers and tool integrations to expose enterprise APIs, data sources, and services to LLM agents for real-time context retrieval and action execution.
• Design and implement Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication protocols to enable multi-agent workflows where specialized agents collaborate, delegate tasks, and share context for complex autonomous operations.
• Develop and maintain agentic AI frameworks using LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, and the Azure Agentic Framework to cover agent orchestration, tool usage, memory management, and dynamic task routing at scale.
• Own the agentic platform tooling layer by crafting reusable agent components, overseeing agent lifecycles, and ensuring reliable, observable, and governed agent execution across the AI platform.
• Apply expertise to design and develop MCP servers and tool integrations.
