Qualifications

• Strong experience in AI/ML, NLP, and document intelligence solutions.
• Experience with image and video analysis techniques (Computer Vision).
• Familiarity with data integration from enterprise databases.
• Experience working with SharePoint and document management systems.
• Proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with search technologies and keyword-based retrieval systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI-assisted solutions for troubleshooting Commercial Test failures.
• Enable intelligent search and support capabilities using keywords and contextual analysis.
• Design and build systems to generate PDFs for various documents from Reliance systems and other sources.

• Develop models that scan and analyze structured and unstructured documents to provide contextual help and troubleshooting insights.
• Analyze multimedia data including videos and images for failure diagnostics.
• Integrate data from databases for open and active records to enhance troubleshooting accuracy.

Insight Global is seeking an AI Engineer to support one of our global manufacturing and technology clients to implement an AI use case. This project is broken up into two phases. Phase one will be to generate PDF’s for certain data sets, test records, chapter records, and other documents from our customers application and move to SharePoint. They will also be working on a model that can scan through these documents and provide help information based on key words. Phase two will be analyzing videos, images, and considering data from database for open working records. Day to day tasks include the following:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AI-assisted solutions for troubleshooting Commercial Test failures.
• Enable intelligent search and support capabilities using keywords and contextual analysis.
• Design and build systems to generate PDFs for closed NCMR, Rapid Resolutions, Test Records,

Chapter Records, and other documents from Reliance systems. (our Teams will take care of this)

• Integrate document workflows with SharePoint for storage, retrieval, and governance.
• Develop models that scan and analyze structured and unstructured documents to provide contextual

help and troubleshooting insights.

• Analyze multimedia data including videos and images for failure diagnostics.
• Integrate data from databases for open and active records to enhance troubleshooting accuracy.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure solution alignment with domain knowledge and

operational needs.
