Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent practical experience in AI/CS/ML/Data Science/Software Engineering.
• Plus 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Comfortable with OOP and functional software engineering practices in Python.
• Working knowledge of ML/DL and AI fundamentals including model development, evaluation, and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support AI-powered applications, copilots, assistants, and intelligent workflows.
• Build solutions leveraging large language models, ML models, and knowledge-based systems.
• Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise applications, data sources, and business processes.
• Develop and maintain high-quality APIs, services, and application components.
• Monitor and optimize AI solution performance by addressing data quality, models, and UX issues.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to meet requirements.
• Stay current on emerging AI technologies and practices to drive innovation.

Overview

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support AI-powered applications, copilots, assistants, and intelligent workflows that improve business productivity and process effectiveness.
• Build solutions leveraging large language models (LLMs), machine learning models, and knowledge-based systems to address business challenges and enable intelligent decision-making.
• Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise applications, data sources, and business processes to deliver scalable and reusable solutions.
• Develop and maintain high-quality APIs, services, and application components following established software engineering standards and best practices.
• Monitor, evaluate, and optimize AI solution performance by identifying and resolving issues related to models, data quality, reliability, and user experience.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to design and deliver solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
• Stay current on emerging AI technologies, tools, and engineering practices through research, experimentation, and continuous learning to drive innovation and solution effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Plus 2 + years of relevant experience.

• Comfortable with OOP and functional software engineering practices in Python

• Working knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and other AI fundamentals including model development, evaluation, and deployment.

• Understanding s ofLLMs , RAG, vector search, and agentic workflows.

Nice-to-Have / Plus Qualifications

• G raduate-level AI research experience.

• Experience building software applications, APIs, or technical solutions in collaborative development environments using source control .

• Experience with AWS or Microsoft cloud infrastructure
