Job summary

G-P is seeking an AI Engineer to join Gia AI Engineering, building the data and AI tooling behind Gia's go-to-market: pipelines, integrations, analytics and agent workflows.

You will build data pipelines across Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe and Databricks, maintain GTM analytics models and dashboards, and ship LLM-based agents for Sales, Marketing and Finance. This role is remote-first with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Python and SQL in production.
• Strong AI fluency and practical model work.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS).
• LLM application development (prompting, tool use, evals).
• REST API integrations and Git-based workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and run data pipelines across Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe and Databricks
• Maintain the GTM analytics models and dashboards
• Ship LLM-based agents and automations for Sales, Marketing and Finance
• Productionise integrations, with tests and monitoring
